about

Mechanically precise, blisteringly fast, passionately brutal and undeniably groovy are all adjectives that can be used to describe the sound of this band of musicians, and the movement exploding right now out of Central Florida. The source of this audible assault? Orlando metal outfit, THE RESET.

The Reset are a collection of four young musicians coming from a wide array of musical backgrounds, ranging from Indie, Jazz, black metal, death metal, and of course progressive metal. The Reset's eclectic tastes blend together to forge a creative bond between several types of genres to create a masterpiece of sound that appeals to all with an ear for the extreme. The combination of their efforts results in fusions between intricate patterns, melodies, and progressive yet earth shattering breakdowns. This particular blend of musical styles strives to find a balance between chaos and tranquility.

The Reset quickly self-released their crushing EP titled: ‘Progenitor’. Wasting no time, the band has been hard at work on their currently entitled debut full length "Chasing Infinity". With their whole career starting to unfold, and the world ahead of them, The Reset are not a band you want to overlook.

Their goal?

To captivate the ears of musicians and non-musicians alike; one venue at a time.
